Historically, Christ Church has been a supporter of the many outreach programs of the Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay-East Norwich (YFCA).  Therefore, when several rooms became available in our Parish Hall, we reached out to this amazing organization to see how we could fill a need in the local community.  The result is the Community Closet, offering clothing, shoes, household goods and baby items needed by individuals and families known to the YFCA.  

In November of 2021 we hosted our first event in Parish Hall- a winter coat drive, which helped to supply multiple families with warm coats and clothing for the winter.   Pictured below are two of our volunteers and Ingrid Morales (left) of the YFCA.
